About a month ago I went to my gyn for my annual appointment. While there, I told her I was still occasionally having pelvic/ovarian/side pain that comes and goes (I actually haven't even had the pain in a while now). I do have fibroids, so she sent me to get a transvaginal ultrasound to see if they have gotten any bigger. I've had two previous ultrasounds which is what diagnosed the fibroids. I had the ultrasound on Monday and today my doctor's office called and the nurse mentioned something about fluid and that my doctor wanted me to come back in and discuss. I tried to find out more but the receptionist wouldn't say anything. I've been looking online but can't find anything except some scary stuff. It says the only time there should be fluid in that area is during pregnancy and I'm not pregnant. Has anyone experienced this and know what it might be? My follow up is scheduled on Monday and now I'm filled with worry. Thanks in advance.
