BV, barrier free PIV and bloody discharge with IUD. Also large penis piercings.

Hey kids,

TL;DR I am not sure if I have BV or something else, looking for other opinions.

So I had symptoms that made me worry about BV for around a month (I know) and continued to have PIV without barriers with 1 partner and barriers with all other partners. I kept thinking I was just run down, that my body would bounce back. PIV without barriers included with a very large PA ring sometimes. (Ring through end of penis, which we were careful with).

I have had a Mirena IUD for about a year and a half, and my period stopped after months of diminishing around 3 months ago.

My symptoms at this point were a foul smell that ended up being a thin, watery discharge. After sex I would also have a thin, bloody discharge. If I rooted around with my fingers in the shower I would pull out both this bloody discharge and foul smelling white gunk. I also had little random aches in my urethra, but nothing burning/itching like yeast.

When I went to doc, I didn't have an exam but I was given a course of Ciprofloxacin which seemed to make it clear up. I lost a big chunk of white discharge and felt better. I also felt I smelled more normal. After a week of abstinence I had PIV without barriers again (I know) and the symptoms seem to be back. The first symptom was white gunk (made up of semen at least partly, I assume) then rooting around this morning I found the bloody discharge again.

These symptoms don't perfectly match symptoms last time I had BV (years ago) and I'm worried it might be something else.

The thing that worries me most of all is the bloody discharge linked with the lack of periods. Did I bruise my cervix/cause an injury of some kind with the large penis jewellery, and that, coupled with a lack of hormonal cycling is enough to tip my vag out of balance? Did my periods stop because the IUD was gradually having that effect or did I cause something to happen that led to it?

I'm quite stressed because I live in Berlin and am on a complicated insurance situation (I'm on a year long visa but my travel insurance specficically doesn't cover STIs). The partner I am fluid bonded with is tested and not fluid bonded with anyone else, but might this be an STI? Might it be a cyst in my vagina or something? I'm also immunised for HPV.

Any and all opinions welcome. xxxx
