Strange symptoms- hormone related?

Hello!

I'm having an ongoing set of issues and I wonder if anyone else has had something similar.

I have had "migraines" since I was about 16. I put this in quotes because that is how they were diagnosed but I don't believe they are true migraines due to differing symptoms from "textbook" migraines. Basically, they're just gnarly headaches. I have them off and on, no clear pattern but they do get more frequent when I'm stressed.

I was also diagnosed with GERD. My heartburn is caused by a variety of different foods, stress, or for no damn reason at all. Sometimes it feels like I've been stabbed with a hot poker in my breastbone, sometimes my entire back hurts, sometimes it's just garden-variety hearburn.

I also have a strange painful spot on the back of my right shoulder. On top of my shoulder blade. The spot is kind of hard to explain. It hurts for no reason at all sometimes, but usually hurts if I've been without an adequate backrest, or if I'm doing something with my hands higher than my elbows (like washing windows or something).

So, how is this vagina pagina related? I just had my baby a month ago, and while I was pregnant all three of these symptoms stopped, except for the very occasional heartburn.

What the heck?!

I've heard that endometriosis can cause right shoulder pain, and I do suspect I have a mild case of endo due to pretty severe menstrual cramps, heavy bleeding, large clots, etc etc. Its just so strange that all of my issues were resolved while pregnant. This leads me to believe that I have some kind of hormonal issue. I have my postpartum check up this Friday, is there any specific thing I should ask about? Because my shoulder pain and my headaches are both coming back. :/ So far I haven't had much heartburn. Do all three of my issues sound like hormonal problems to you wise vagina paginers?

Thank you for any insight!
