Please Help. Body doing weird stuff... Worried

Hi All,

I've been lurking here for a few days but I couldn't sleep tonight worried about what's going on down there. So here it goes...

I am 31 years old, had irregular menstrual's as a teenager that regulated in my mid 20's. I don't have any children but I've been pregnant 4x. The past year has been pretty stressful for me so I couldn't really say how my cycles have been just that they come monthly, seemingly ontime, flow is pretty normal although upon research it states something is wrong with bright red menstrual blood which is usually how my periods start. I haven't had any horrible cramps just some stuffiness the day before and first day of my cycle. So fast foward to December I was waited for my period and it didn't come. I thought it was because I had a flu around the time I was supposed to get it. At the end of December I got a bloody discharge which I thought was the start of my period, it was only one time when I wiped so I assumed a cyst might have ruptured because I used to get multiple ovarian cysts in my teens and mid 20's. Fast forward to January.

The beginning of the month I wiped a few times and it would be pink and I would keep wiping until it turned bright red and then nothing. I went to Planned Parenthood and the NP gave me a pelvic exam said my cervix look really healthy that she wasn't certain where to bleeding was coming from. She thought maybe because my partner is transgender FTM and since we cycled together before that since he recently went back on T that my body may be cycling with his or because I give him his T I may have touched the T or something throwing my cycle off. From the look on his face when I told him I'm not certain how true that is.

I have an appointment with another gyn today and I'm so scared. Dr. Google has set my mind off. Has anyone else had this happen? Any of it? I know I typed a lot... But help me Please.
