vaginal bumps HELP

I'm 18 years old and I have been sexually active with more people than I'd like to admit. Some protected, some not. However I have been tested for STDs, all negative and pretty much turned my life around. I haven't had sex since those tests up until about two weeks ago. I went on the birth control pill around the same time. I just missed a pill two days ago so I took two the next day - extra hormones. I am really freaked out right now because my vagina is soooo itchy. Its itchy inside my "sex-hole" just right on the rim. Also, I have "bumps" on the outside. But the thing is, they aren't bumps, they look like tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, TINY dots. VERY SMALL. Like tastebuds or chicken skin. They look nothing like herpes or warts or anything else I've looked up online. They don't hurt and they don't pop or anything when I squeeze them. Also if it were an STD, I would suspect I would have a similar problem in my mouth because I gave this same guy oral sex (TMI, sorry). I want to assume I have a yeast infection from changing my hormone intake so suddenly, but I have no idea. I really do not want an STD as no one does but I honestly have no idea what is wrong with me. Please give feedback!!!
