ALL OF THE POOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey pals,

Not directly vagina related but in a roundabout way?

I generally eat a fairly healthy diet with little to no junk food or candy. 2 weeks ago, I bought my brother's favorite candy for his birthday from the bulk candy place in the mall and got some for myself too. It's these pressed-powder type candies that are in the shape of Lego blocks. You can actually build things with them, then eat them. Really cool, lololol. Anyways, I got some for myself too and ate a TON of them. Like, probably 4-5 servings of them. In one day. Terrible. This is why I never have junk food in my house. I have zero self control around sugary things or fried things. Anyways, the next day was his birthday and we went out to eat where I overate, then went back to our parent's house for brownies and ice cream. And pie, later in the evening with more ice cream. Our parents don't believe in healthy eating, lol. That same day I went to the bathroom and pooped out the most ridiculous amount of green sludge (Most of the lego candies are green..). So basically since then I have not had a solid poop. Last Saturday, so like 4 days ago, I went to my cousin's birthday party. On the way there we stopped at a Wendy's and I had a burger and fries and diet soda. At my cousin's house, we had hot dogs, mac and cheese, cake, peach cobbler, soda, and homemade ice cream. I ate way too much, and ended up with heartburn that could incinerate a large city. I barely slept that night because my heartburn was so bad, and I've had heartburn every day since. And like I said earlier, I've not had a single solid poop in like 2 weeks. When I do poop, if it's after a day of heartburn, the poo burns sooo bad. Is this from the extra acid? And is my sludgy poop from screwing up my gut bacteria from feeding it like 1000x the sugar it's used to? Would taking a probiotic for a while help? How this is vagina related: can I get a yeast infection from all the extra sugar and potentially screwed up intestinal bacteria? What kind of probiotic should I get? Would something other than a probiotic help? (for heartburn I'm taking prilosec OTC, Maalox max, tums, and drinking lemon water)
