Hey people-- In my quest for a fitness routine that doesn't make me want to poke out my eyes from boredom AND doesn't irritate my hip and knees, I've happened into spinning. I'm on the bike 5 or 6 days a week for about 45 minutes a day. I got some relatively inexpensive "biking briefs" from REI to help pad my butt and vulva, but recently I've been having some twinges in both my clit and labia. I alternate days wearing the briefs with days using a padded bike seat. Today I had partner sex for the first time in a couple of weeks and clitoral stimulation hurt a LOT. Having my clit touched at all was really uncomfortable--first as a kind of diffuse pressure, and then as a sharp pain that radiated down one side of my labia and into my thigh.
Does anybody out there with a clitoris have good recommendations for bike shorts and/or seat pads that might help with this problem? Any other insight? Thanks!
