Sore nipples -- what's causing them? Could I be pregnant?

Hi everybody!

For the last two days, I've had horribly sore nipples -- pressing on them and my clothes rubbing across them are both pretty uncomfortable.  Other than my nipples, my breasts are not otherwise sore.

I'm on HBC (Loestrin 24) and take my pill religiously every day.  I had my last withdrawal bleed just over three weeks ago and am due to start my placebo pills in two days.

I've had sex without a condom three times in the last two weeks.  Before that, I did not have sex for four weeks.

Other factors that may or may not be relevant:
- I finished a course of Ciprofloxacin four days ago for a UTI (did not have sex during this time, even though my doctor told me Cipro won't interfere with my BC)
- Two days ago I took Fluconazole for a yeast infection I got after taking the Cipro
- I don't run or do any other high-impact sports that would cause chafing (I do bike ~5 miles a day, though), but it has been extremely hot and humid where I live so I've been sweating much more than usual
- I have no other symptoms of pregnancy such as nausea/vomiting, fuller breasts, metallic taste in mouth, frequent urination, etc.

Can anyone shed some insight on what might be going on with my breasts?  I'm terrified of getting pregnant so I've really got myself freaked out here!  If it's not likely that I'm pregnant, can anyone tell me what else might be causing this nipple pain?

Thanks for the input!
