Tonight for dinner, I had cheddar mashed potatoes with bacon crumbles, a cherry cola, and a caramel-filled chocolate bar. My period is due in 4 days. I've *always* been able to tell when my period is due based on what I want to eat on a given day; I crave orange cheeses, salt, meat (my diet is mostly vegetarian), chocolate, and colas (other kinds of pop/soft drinks don't help).
So, I thought I'd bring it up for discussion.
Does anyone else have an "indicator" craving? What does it mean for you?
