Could someone point me in the direction of a good place to find info on these two subjects? I've been learning a lot of new things about hormone fluctuations recently, and how they can affect just about EVERYTHING. I'm curious to know more about different ways to manage your hormones (ex through diet and so on). Anyways, I'm looking to find some good info about what causes regular hormone imbalances and how to manage them. The PID is unrelated, and I'd just like to find a bit more info on the matter.
Has anyone got any good hormone balancing diet/lifestyle/whatever experience or tips to share?
