Making Sex Accessible

Question regarding sex and disability, and accommodating a disability during sex. Under a cut.

My girlfriend and I are both cis-gendered female. She prefers to be on the bottom during sex. Though we have a strap-on, this is difficult for me, as I have rheumatoid arthritis pretty much in my everything (to be more specific: toe joints, ankles, knees, hips, SI joints, lower back, hands, shoulders, and elbows), so propping myself up or standing is not really realistically doable.

Any recommendations on positions that I may not have thought of, or any aids that might help? (I have heard that wedge pillows can be great for certain mobility restrictions, for instance, but can't really think of how that might help here.) I am fairly inexperienced, and the arthritis cropped up after my last sexual partner so it was irrelevant then, so any advice on how we might be able to make this work is much appreciated.

Hopefully, I'll be back in remission soon and it won't be an issue, but that might also be months from now or may never happen, so I think it's probably best to be prepared.
