Does anyone have suggestions for how NOT to *queef* (trap and then expel air from your vagina usually in the most embarrassing situations) I haven't been able to participate in yoga classes for years now, which really bums me out as i LOVE yoga but the embarrassment is too intense these days. Especially since having 2 kids. And i end up being so tense trying not to queef that it defeats the whole purpose of the class. Are there excercises you can do? It usually happens in upside down poses but also just in downward dog or positions that - for some reason with me - suck in air..... And the RELEASE it! Ohhhhhhhh. So ANNOYING!
