Would it be OK to put my sea sponge tampon in for a while to soak it all up? Is there a douche recipe that's safe enough to use when there isn't any infection process going on?
Please help, I'm trying to calm my poor brain down, but when I sit quietly and do breathing exercises I can feel it dripping and ugh.
ETA: I tried the sea sponge tampon thing and ironically there isn't enough lubrication to get it all the way in my vagina because I'd just cleaned the OUTSIDE area, but I got a decent amount of stuff out just by putting it halfway in a few times. So definitely in the future I'll try just putting in a tampon if the feeling is really bugging me, and hopefully that should do it.
