bloating/water-retention -- can anything be done about this? Are there any supplements you can take to prevent/reduce this? Or any foods you can eat/avoid? I bloat so effing much and I'm very slim so it's really noticeable, my stomach just swells and I look like I'm in the early stages of pregnancy.
phantom cramps -- I experience cramps that begin halfway through the month and last until my period is over, all of the women in my family are this way. Again, are there any supplements/dietary changes that would stop this from happening? Or is there any way to treat them once they do start? Like, I can't imagine it is safe to take ibuprofen every single day...is it?
I'm off HBC right now, and I'm not interested in starting again, or going on any other form of birth control (IUD etc). Any other suggestions you guys have?
