Right side groin pain/prolonged UTI symptoms

Okay, so this is a little random.

I noticed a few hours ago that I'm having a dull pain in my groin area, I guess below my lymph nodes. Maybe it is lymph node pain, but it's not tender to the touch or anything like that. I'm not sure if I pulled something, or if my underwear were bothering this area. They're not swollen, but at times, there is a dull pain that comes from my right side. My leg was a little sensitive too.

I went to the gym, and noticed afterwards that my leg was tingling at the bottom, but I'm not sure if either of these are correlated.

Is this something that I should be concerned about? I don't have any other symptoms or a rash of any kind, and I'm not itchy. I had sex yesterday with the guy I've been seeing for about a month, but we used protection.

And another issue:
I'm not sure if it happens because I'm dehydrated, but I have noticed that sometimes after I'm finished peeing, I get a lingering pain like I would with a UTI. I'm not sure if this is normal due to dehydration or if I still have a UTI (I had one about a week and a half ago). I was given antibiotics for a yeast infection last week because I got one from the UTI antibiotics. Does a yeast infection cause burning/discomfort AFTER you finish peeing?

Thanks everyone.
