lunelle vs depo?

I'm not sure if I missed it somewhere on vagpag.com but I couldn't find much on the monthly shot lunelle...here's my situation...

i've been on depo for about two and a half years now and while my body has adapted by only bleeding for about two weeks before it's due...I'm interested in making an attempt to resume a monthly "period"

so I'm looking for personal reactions to lunelle....side effects...etc etc etc, but don't just send me a website because I've probably read it....I'm particularly interested in lunelle's comparison to depo....

sooo yeah help me out.

I discussed the possible change with my hyno and she said it would be easy to take the lunelle shot when the depo would be due, and then to switch to that for a few months to see if I liked it, and if I didn't I could go back to depo...(though we'll see about that...)

soo yeah...thanks girlies

ooh note: i also read that lunelle is manufactured by the same company that makes depo...which makes me curious whether or not i'll experience any sort of profound difference

=/

to all who don't wear underwear...

OK, I have a weird question (but really, is anything weird on the VagPag?). I'm curious to know what it is about not wearing underwear that some women enjoy. For those of you that don't wear underwear sometimes or on a regular basis, do you find it at all irritating when your pants rub up against you? Are there any other disadvantages to not wearing underwear? What do you like about it? Thanks!

prophylactic antibiotics for UTIs

In a non-amusing bit of irony, I woke up in the middle of the night last night with the early stages of a UTI (ironic because just a couple days ago I posted here in VagPag asking about the UTI vaccine). By morning it was already painful and annoying, so I had my fiance take me to the doctor. I got antibiotics and such, and my doctor said that if I get another UTI this year (this is my 4th in the last 12 months) that she will give me antibiotics to take every time I have sex (as my UTIs all seem to be sex-related). Do any of you take antibiotics every time you have sex? Are they working for you? How long have you been on them? She said that I'd be on them for a year to start, and then we'd see from there. I don't really like the idea of constantly being on antibiotics---but I also REALLY don't want another UTI. I'm curious about other women's experiences with this.

Heh, I feel like the official UTI girl of VagPag. ;) Forgive me if these questions have been asked to death. This is my number one problem with my nether regions. It's hard to love your body when it gives you such a painful reason to hate it. Ugh.
