exercise and cramping

Hi all! I've had a Mirena IUD for about three years and been a runner the whole time I've had it. I'm coming back from an injury and I just started to do cardio for the first time since January. My first work-out was on Wednesday (really easy 20 minutes on a stationary bike) and about an hour and half later, I got home and had a couple cramps similar to my menstrual cramps - very bad but quick. I thought maybe I'd be getting my period very early. But today was my second work-out, and since I've gotten home I've had constant cramping, ranging from moderate to very bad. I did a similar work-out as Wednesday and it took the same amount of time for the cramps to develop post-workout. I've been in pain at this point for about forty minutes. Should I be worried? Is it probably IUD related? This is no fun. : (
