Pain, irritation, and itching without visual symptoms...

Hey everyone. Need some advice.

So I have been sexually active with my current boyfriend for about a month now. I went on birth control recently and we've only had sex without a condom three or four times. He came inside me last night for the first time. I've gone down on him (and swallowed) a lot, though.

Yesterday I started getting a little bit of pain and itching on one side of my vulva, specifically the side of the vaginal lips near my clit. He insisted on checking it out with a flashlight (lol) and he said it looked like I broke a blood vessel on that side, but that everything looked normal otherwise. We've been doing it a LOT, so I said whatever and didn't worry too much.

Today it's a little worse. There isn't really any physical evidence of anything wrong, but the itching is still there and now it feels super warm down there. It doesn't burn when I pee, but I feel kind of a burning sensation just sitting here. If that makes sense. It's hard to explain, but it definitely feels irritated down there and I'm not sure what to do.

I don't have any weird discharge. Could this be irritation from having sex so much? Maybe a side effect of my birth control? I did some research on STDs and the closest thing I could find was possible Chlamydia...thankfully that is easily treatable, but man. My boyfriend hadn't had sex with anyone else for THREE years before we started sleeping together, he hasn't slept with that many people, and he was always very careful. Maybe I have a UTI? I have been peeing a lot more frequently.

I have only had one infection there, ever, and it was a yeast infection from a bathing suit, so I don't know what to make of this. :[ Help?
