Hello, VP. I have two problems, and I was hoping you could help me!

My first problem is that I recently found a small pimple on the inside of my inner labia. It's near the top, close to my clitoris. I've had an ingrown hair on my outer labia before, but I ruled that out as a possibility because, well, I don't grow hair where this little guy is. It's about the size of a small pea, and it doesn't hurt independently, but it is painful to the touch. It doesn't have a head. In all, I'd consider it most similar to the "red bump" kinds of acne that you can get on your face. I have recently been with new sexual partners who said they were STD-free, but I don't usually use protection for oral/manual stimulation, so could this be an STD? Should I be worried if it doesn't go away in a few days? Heck, should I be worried even if it does go away?
Edit: Also, I finished my shots for Gardasil before I was sexually active, so it's probably not HPV.

My second issue is a little more general, and it's not as urgent because I'm not going to be having any sex with a pimple on my vag. Anyway, I'm currently on a dose of 80 mg of Cymbalta daily, and I've been taking antidepressants in some form for about a year and a half now. My sex drive is easily half or less of what it was before I was on them. I can enjoy sex in the moment and my bits respond to physical stimuli, but I don't really feel "horny" or "aroused," and it's very, very difficult for me to climax. I plan on talking to my doctor about this the next time I see her, but is there anything I can do in the mean time? Any diet changes, exercises, etc. that might help?

Thanks, guys. Everything you do is wonderful!
