I'm familiar with the strategies of drinking unsweetened cranberry juice, unholy amounts of water, and wearing loose cotton clothing (which is good for YI but maybe for UTI as well?), but if there's anything else I can be doing right now to make this end before it starts, I'd love your insights. Thanks :)
EDIT: Thank you all for your helpful comments, I just wanted to clarify that I do not yet consider myself to have UTI symptoms so much as a vague sense that things could turn that way soon (or YI, but I'm well versed in dealing with those). If I do develop UTI symptoms I will certainly get myself to a doctor, but I figured it couldn't hurt to try some prevention methods before things are headed that way for certain.
