1. I've heard that Vitamin E is great for preventing/reducing PMS symptoms. I am getting a copper IUD in 10 days, and am foreseeing cramps in my future. So for those of you who take Vitamin E, do you take it daily? Or only right before your period? Do you find it helpful?
2. I am looking for a new multivitamin (preferably a pill that you swallow). I am only 20, and don't know if I need a multivitamin targeted for women. Do you think it makes a different to take a multivitamin that is targeted for your gender? Or is any multivitamin alright? I would also love recommendations, if anyone loves theirs. If it makes a difference, I currently take 1000 IU of Vitamin D daily.
