ovaries hurt when jogging?

I recently decided to better myself and take up jogging using the Couch to 5k program.

At first, I thought maybe I was getting a stitch while running, but I really focused on my breathing and it still I think its too low to be that anyways.
I get a stabbing/constant pain below my belly button between my hips. Today, it was more on my left side, but the pain has also been on either side or generalized in that area.
It only happens when I'm on the running portions of C25k and of course its enough to cause me to stop running and to walk. It will go away, so I can start in with jogging again, but it does come back probably 15 seconds into jogging.
It doesn't hurt at any other time...just when I'm jogging. And its really short periods of jogging...right now I'm just jogging for 90 seconds and doing a brisk walk for 2 minutes then repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Is it maybe my ovaries hate jogging or something else?
Any clues or helpful suggestions?

I'm really at a loss as to what I can do... I have no health insurance and so I can't just make an appointment. And I really cannot afford to have something seriously wrong with me...
its frustrating because I was sidelined from starting this program due to annoying knee injury and now this pops up...trying to be active and healthier just is not working for me.
