So Saturday night I had some pretty long lasting, vigorous sex. I'm pretty sure I wasn't well lubricated for most of it, but since I'd been drinking I didn't think much of it at the time. Now I'm 99% sure that my partner was STD free, and we were not using a condom (I know, if I wasn't 100% sure it wasn't sure enough).

Sunday I was kinda sore, but ended up having sex again (shorter in duration, much better lubricated). Monday I started having trouble. It hurt to urinate (both from the inside and when it touched the outside as well) and wiping was excruciating. I used a mirror and found some tears (one on either side of the opening and one right below).

My question is this - would it be a probable assumption that these are simply friction tears, and that I also gave myself a UTI? Or should I honestly be worried that it could possibly be an STD? Of course I've been looking on the Internet and everything I see says "omg herpes!!" but I don't want to get myself worked up and paranoid if there is a good chance that it's simply tearing. It's Thursday night and I'm still in a lot of pain. I also just started a round of antibiotics yesterday, a ZPack, which I know won't help if it IS herpes, but I'm hoping that between the antibiotics and lack of sex and aggravation of the area will help some.

Any insight or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ladies.
