I am worried about Nuva Ring effectiveness for the following reasons :
How do I know I am doing "typical" or "perfect" use? I always take it out and put it in at the same time on the right day, for my honeymoon I will have to re-insert a new one right after I take it out, So I don't bleed on my honeymoon.
I heard soy isoflavens (sp?) can make your body ovulate even though you are on BC. My diet has a large amount of soy, and I mean a large amount, and I can't cut it down. My doctor said it shouldn't be a problem, but what about the article I read, so it's lying or my doctor just doesn't know? I am also worried about my high intake of vitamin C.
What in the world went wrong for the Girls who's BC failed :(?
I feel like at this point I can't have sex happily ever. With a condom it will suck and without one and just BC I'll be paranoid. With an IUD I will worry about infections, and problems.
Also, I have had a history of:
- Sharp chest pain and sudden shortness of breath (possible clot in the lung)
- Crushing chest pain or heaviness in the chest (possible heart attack)
