I'm going to do my best to describe this...I noticed this a long time ago, and just figured it was normal, but I'm starting to think maybe I'm just a weirdy. The upper/front/bladder-side wall of my vagina is...like...falling into the rest. It's like there's nothing holding it up at all. Should there be? I mean, I can push it up a good 3 inches with my fingers, towards my bladder, and it feels soft and untoned and squashy. When I'm not pushing on it, some of it sort of...protrudes?...out of the opening of my vagina, so that instead of a hole there is a little flattish pillow there. I can take a pic if nobody can figure out what I mean by that, lol.
I do kegels "regularly" (ie when I read vagpag and am reminded to do them) and hubby says he definitely notices a difference when I squeeze the PC muscles around him, so I'm not completely without vaginal tone, but I'm worried that maybe my bladder is lacking support. I do have some issues with stress incontinence (peeing when I sneeze, jump, etc.) although this has also gotten better since I started kegels.
