Relief from cyst pain/pressure

About two months ago I started feeling a pressure in my lower abdomen that just wouldn't go away. I went to the gynecologist and after an ultrasound was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst. The doctor put me on HBC and told me to come back in three months so she could check the cyst's progress, or lack thereof. (I'm hoping it will go away and not require surgery, eek!) A few weeks after going to the doctor, the pressure went away, and I was like yay, the cyst is getting smaller/gone! Unfortunately, that lasted almost a month, and now the pressure's back. I'm not sure if it's the same cyst, or a new one, or what, but either way, I'm wondering if there's any way to get relief from the pressure. It doesn't hurt, it's just an annoying pressure, kind of like there's an air bubble pressing on my ovary or something. Google just turned up ways to get rid of pain, but I'm not sure if they'll work similarly for pressure. I've already tried a heating pad and a warm bath, neither of which really had any effect. The next thing on the list to try is taking a painkiller, but I don't want to take one if it's not going to do anything... Does anyone have any other ideas or insight as to whether tylenol/advil/motrin would help? Thanks in advance.
