I've had two UTI's in the last six months, and obviously . . . they are not fun. I admit the second time around was because I fell asleep before I could make it to the toilet, and I've sworn to stay true to this routine after sex. My question is this: is there a set minimum of how much/long you need to urinate to decrease your chances of getting an UTI? Sometimes after sex, I just don't get that feeling of releasing any "floodgates", but I do urinate a bit, and drink some water afterwards to get a few more streams going before heading to bed. Do you think that's 'good' enough? Thanks!
