Pregnancy Symptom Timeline!

This came up in conversation today in relation to an unplanned pregnancy a friend just ended. We were trying to figure out dates in relation to conception, implantation, and the start of her symptoms.

Assuming you conceive (egg meets sperm) the day/day after you ovulate, when do you start seeing symptoms? Say, breast pain or nausea? I know *what* these symptoms are but not how early they can appear.

15-19 days, as I've heard here, is when you can expect a pregnancy test to be positive. Do you see any symptoms before that? After? How long after?

Honestly the whole thing has always confused me.

According to Google, you can see symptoms as early as a week, but I'm unsure if they're referring to egg + sperm or implantation or "pregnant" via HCG test or what. One website I was checking insists you can get a positive pregnancy test 10 days after ovulation which contradicts what I usually hear here.

There seems to be a lot of confusion about pregnancy out there because if it takes two weeks or more to get a positive pregnancy test, people who say "I'm pregnant!" really conceived two weeks ago or more.

Any info you can throw at me would be awesome. I'm really curious now.
