Those seem a little harder to find, as well as get good clear pics of...but they look exactly the same as the male ones, just basically on the vulva. (Usually easiest seen on the inner labia)

Reference link #1 in the wiki page leads to a pic of vulvar spots if you click it. :D

I know this comment of yours is ancient but THANK YOU SO MUCH for posting that. Here I was freaking out thinking I might have herpes or something...

How many women have these spots? I know I do, and now I feel a little less self conscious about them!

They're pretty common, actually. I don't have ones on my vulva that I've noticed -- though I'll admit I haven't gone through there with a bright light and a magnifying glass -- but I do have them on the lips of my mouth.

does anyone else have ones that look more like the ones in the first picture on wikipedia? thats kinda what mine look like & mine are pretty much all over my vagina (not the part you can shave) but the actual pink part.
I know they arent genital warts i just wanted to make sure that im not the only one haha.

I think I might. I thought they must be blocked pores.

I'm almost positive I have these. However, I never thought anything about them or knew anything about them until now. I thought it was just... normal. Well, apparently it is, but - cool.

Yep, Fordyce Spots are totally common, natural, and harmless. You can read more about them (and look at photos) here, if you're looking for further info.
