International Crisis/helpline databases

Good morning VP Superstars! We, the mods, have been discussing, and we have decided that having phone numbers for helplines in only the US, Canada and the UK is not enough. Since we have members worldwide, and since our members do travel, we want to provide you with information about where to go and what to do if you are involved in a domestically abusive relationship, if you are raped or otherwise sexually assaulted, and (while I know this is not CRISIS related per say) who to call if you are GLBT and need someone to talk to safely.

In order to do this, we need your help. If you know how to get in touch with crisis centers and counseling services in countries other than the States, Canada, UK and Israel, please leave a comment with the details you know so that we can make sure that when people need them, they are available.

Thanks for your help in putting this together!

http://www.women.gov.au/ is also a source of information (a 'portal') to most Australian online websites relating to issues involving women, including violence and sexual assault, family and health issues etc...
