Gave boyfriend oral sex and these showed up less than a few hours later
I performed oral sex on my boyfriend last night and woke up this morning to these fluid filled bumps (some actually had pus in them) below my chin. I do have very sensitive skin and this texture isn't always uncommon all of the time (sensitive skin) but I am freaking out right now. They don't hurt or anything. They're just...there. I have been tested prior to him and was negative for both types of HSV.

I don't know what I should think/do right now.

Yeah, this--to me it looks pretty similar to what's happened to me when I spent a lot of time making out with someone who'd shaved two days earlier. My skin was all red and I had a combination of vaguely-blistery looking areas plus more standard zit-looking areas. It could also potentially be an allergic reaction, maybe, if he uses some kind of lotion or something that didn't work out well for you; it also looks like what I get if I have any contact with fiberglass, which I'm horribly allergic to. The awesomeness of ultra-sensitive skin, right? :)

As others have said, it seems awfully unlikely for HSV; the minimum seems to be two days, and also, presenting on your chin would be kind of unusual. Most likely you just irritated your skin an awful lot and this is its reaction. Some aloe vera gel might help, if that doesn't bother your skin normally?
