orgasm in sleep?

I'm ten weeks pregnant and in the past few days have woken up after particularly "nice" dreams to the end results of a spontaneous orgasm (ie no touching the lady parts) and slight cramping.

Ive had horny dreams before where i never quite managed to reach the climax and to be honest i was always relieved cos then noone else would ever know.

Ive been lucky enough to have been on my own when this has happened and while first time i was rather quiet about it the second time i woke myself up moaning and id be so embarrassed if my bf happened to by lying next to me at the time.

Has anyone else had something similar?
How did they explain it to their partner without getting embarrassed?

Also i wondered if there was any way to control this and when its likely to stop happening, if at all???

i guess it could be frustration as im on a no sex thing due to a cyst but urgh ive gone longer than this without sex and never spontaneously combusted before.

I'm sure your boyfriend would be interested to know you have "wet dreams" too - not every guy is aware women can have them too!

Or he'll laugh. I know that's what my fiance would do. :)

As an aside, I'm 13 weeks myself and while I haven't spontaneously orgasmed yet, I'm finding it really weird how many more sexy dreams I'm having now than I did before I was pregnant.

sexy dreams... oh god tell me about it. I talk in my sleep and im worried that perhaps the recipient of the sex in my dreams isnt always my rl partner (not thro conscious choice) and he will find out... dont think he'd be too chuffed at that!

Thank goodness I don't talk in my sleep, because I DID have a dream where the recipient was NOT my fiance. I felt so guilty and never told him about it. :(

It happens to me every now and then, especially after I've gone a long time without having sex. It's not really something I can control.

Absolutely, I love those dreams! Don't see how there's any way to control it - I'd just tell the boyfriend about it, I'd imagine most guys would be amused (and maybe even a bit turned on) by it. :)

its totally normal. this was actually one of my favourite parts of pregnancy! lol.. now when i wake up horny, i wish i could just climax without effort.

im pretty sure my bf just thought it was funny.. its not often you see a girl waking up from a 'wet dream'! this was 3 years ago though, so im having a hard time remembering.. but we're usually very open about that stuff anyways.

i dont think there's too much you can do, as its hormonal and you're unconscious! just cross your fingers you arent thinking about someone else.. haha

im pretty sure mine carried on to the end of my 2nd trimester, but werent very frequent by that point

I've never been pregnant, but I've had wet dreams before on occasion. I think it's fun, and I always feel a bit happier the day after.

I have in-dream orgasms every once in awhile (like once every couple years). They are awesome hehe.

I excitedly tell my bf when it happens, but we tell each other about EVERYTHING, and are very rarely embarrassed about anything. It just has to do with the fact that we're naturally really really comfortable with each other. Which is also awesome. I think it's cool though, and not something to be embarrassed about.

I don't know what causes it or anything...

I occasionally get these if I haven't masturbated in a while or if I've been really stressed during the day. Usually I get them about somebody really inappropriate! haha
