sesame seeds = bigger breasts?

So I just heard somewhere that eating sesame seeds will somehow help your breasts increase in size...this seems like bs, but I'm just wondering if there actually is anything behind it? Any ideas?

Also...along the same lines, does working on your pectoral muscles actually make a noticeable difference in how your breasts look?

(these questions make it sound like I'm terribly unsatisfied with my body....I'm not, I just have one breast that is about a cup size smaller...I've gotten used to it, but I figure if there is a way to somehow reduce the difference, why not!)

I have done Taekwondo for a decade and my pecs definitely make a difference on how my breasts look. The muscle is pretty obviously different than breast tissue, so I would NOT recommend trying to get one pec bigger than the other--you'll just look silly, I'm afraid. :[

do the pecs make them look larger though?
i'm ok with my body but i'm a large a/small b and wouldn't mind looking a little bigger.

Yes, but not how you would expect and not much at all. You wouldn't be able to count on enough growth and development to achieve much at all.

I know that on most women, the pectoral muscle is obviously above the breast. It doesn't blend in--there is a clear separation between what is breast and what is pec at the top.

I'm just especially wary because I have had students who did not anticipate the change and it took them a long time to come to terms with the fact that their breasts were different.

I totally read the title as 'Sesame Street = Bigger Breasts'. I was REALLY confused. And intrigued, heh.

If it worked, my breasts would be lots bigger - I love sesame! ;)

It's my understanding that barring child-bearing/nursing (in some cases), implants, or overall weight gain, your breasts are done growing once you've finished puberty. If any of the tricks or "herbal remedies" or exercises worked... well, it would be a lot harder for me to find a B-cup bra!

A size discrepancy isn't unusual either - as far as I know, most women have one to some extent; the difference is just in degree. Supplemental padding for the bra cup with the smaller breast might go some way to reducing the discrepancy.

I also do Taekwondo! ;D I lift weights as well, which has made my pecs grow. It didn't affect the size of my breasts, but the muscle behind it getting bigger has given the illusion that they are. It makes them sit a little higher, which makes them pop out more than they used to. I have DD breasts, so it's tough to see exactly WHAT's goin on there, but I definitely noticed a difference in perk when I started seeing results in my muscles. So that was my long-winded way of saying yes, working your pecs does make a difference on how your breasts look. ;D As far as sesame goes, I'm not too sure. I've also heard that peaches do the same thing. :P

I have noticed a firming in my skin, and not so much a plumping of the boobie. i'm on a diet to increase my protien becasue I forget to eat meat. I've have been eating S. Seeds on everthing (ontop of increasing my soy consumption, yuck...) I eat about a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of sesame seeds a day on just about everything I eat, on my cerial, on my fruit, on anything. Ses. Seeds are high in Iron and add protien. I am sure that the diet altogether is where I am seeing the change, but I swear the boost in Iron or something has been plumping my boobs, my cheeks, lips, and firming my skin up. I buy them in any basic grochery store in the ethnic/asian/indian section. a 1 pound bag is about $4

Seeds are good for you - eat em'
